On January 4th we were dispatched to a Fire Alarm in the town of Glenfield. Upon arrival it was established to be a false alarm.
On December 31st we were dispatched Mutual Aid with Lowville Fire to a reported Structure Fire in the town of Glenfield.
On December 25th we were dispatched to a reported tree on wires blocking the roadway in the town of Greig. Fire units responded and removed the hazard.
On December 19th we were dispatched to a reported Structure Fire in the town of Glenfield. Fire units responded and were assisted by Martinsburg fire, Lyons Falls Fire, Turin Fire, and Constableville fire to extinguish the fire. We were also assisted on scene by Law Enforcement and Lewis County Search and Rescue.
On December 19th we were dispatched to a reported cable wire in the roadway in the town of Greig.

On November 30th we were dispatched to a reported MVC vs Deer in the town of Glenfield. Upon arrival it was established fire was not needed on scene.
On November 12th we were dispatched to a fire alarm in the town of Glenfield. Fire units responded and established the fire was extinguished before our arrival.

On November 9th we were dispatched to a reported Structure Fire in the town of Glenfield. Fire units responded and were assisted by Lowville Fire, Turin Fire, Martinsburg Fire, and New Bremen Fire to extinguish the fire. We were also assisted on scene by Lewis County Search and Rescue, Law Enforcement, and DOT.
On November 3rd we were dispatched Mutual Aid with Turin Fire to a reported MVC into the water in the town of Turin.

On October 23rd we were dispatched to a report of a rekindle from the previous Structure Fire. Fire units responded and extinguished the fire again.

On October 5th we were dispatched to respond mutual aid with Turin Fire with tankers. This was reported as a storage trailer on fire in the town of Lyons Falls.
On October 3rd we were dispatched to a reported grass fire in the town of Glenfield. Fire units responded and extinguished the fire. NYS DEC also responded.
On September 28th we were dispatched to a Trauma call in the town of Greig. Fire units responded to establish a landing zone for incoming air medical. Lewis County Search and Rescue and well as Law Enforcement also responded.
On September 21st we were dispatched to respond mutual aid with Lowville Fire to a possible water rescue in the town of Glenfield. Upon arrival our water rescue team entered the water to assist in retrieving an ATV. Also on scene were Lowville Fire, Lewis County Search and Rescue, and Law Enforcement.
On September 21st we were dispatched to a reported field fire in the town of Glenfield. Fire units responded and extinguished the fire.
On September 16th we were dispatched to a fire alarm activation in the town of Glenfield. Before responding it was established this was Lowville Fires District and our response was disregarded.
On September 11th we were dispatched to a Trauma call in the town of Glenfield. Fire units responded to the scene and were assisted by DEC to respond to the patient. Fire units also responded to set a landing zone for incoming air medical. Fire was assisted by Lewis County Search and Rescue and NYS DEC.

On August 30th we were dispatched to a reported ATV accident with injury in the town of Greig. Fire units responded to the scene as well as establishing a landing zone for incoming air medical. Fire was assisted on scene by Lewis County Search and Rescue as well as Law Enforcement.
On August 27th we were dispatched to a reported tree down blocking the roadway with wires involved in the town of Greig. Fire units responded and cleared the hazard from the roadway.
On August 25th we were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident with injury in the town of Glenfield. Fire units responded to the scene and were assisted by Lewis County Search and Rescue as well as Law Enforcement.

On August 11th we were dispatched to a reported possible structure fire in the town of Turin. Upon arrival it was believed to be a fire in the ceiling. Turin Fire and 3-G Fire both responded with a full response. After further investigation It was determined to be a fire caused by an electronic, the fire was out before the arrival or fire personnel.

On August 5th we were dispatched to an Unconscious Person in the town of Glenfield. Reported as a subject unconscious in a vehicle. We assist Lewis County Search and Rescue as well as Law Enforcement.
On August 6th we were dispatched to tree down on wires In the town of Glenfield. Reported to be a Branch down on wires, on fire. Due to the weather at the time it was determined there was no hazard, and would extinguish itself without causing any further damage. .

On July 4th 2025 we were dispatched to a Excavator Fire in the Town of Greig, reported with flames in the engine bay. Upon arrival our chief assessed the situation and requested an additional tanker respond. Once our units arrived on scene they extinguished the fire and established the fire appeared to start in the hydraulics.
On July 7th 2025 we were dispatched to a Fall call in the town of Greig to assist Lyons Falls Ambulance.

On July 16th were dispatched to a Road Hazard on BRANTINGHAM rd town of Greig. Reported to be a tree down in the roadway. We cleared the tree and returned to service.
On June 27th 2025 we were dispatched to a Trauma call in the town of Glenfield, reported as a subject fell of their horse and got stepped on. Upon arrival we responded back to the horse trails with our side by side to assess the situation. We were aided on scene by NYS DEC officers, a Lewis County Sheriff's Deputy and Lewis County Search and Rescue.
On June 22nd 2025 we were dispatched to a Road Hazard in the town of Glenfield, reported as a large tree down blocking the entire roadway. Reported with no poles or wires down.
On June 19th 2025 we were dispatched to a Fall call in the town of Glenfield, reported to be a subject that had fallen at least 20 feet. Upon arrival our responders examined the subject until Lewis County Search and Rescue arrive. LCSR did request a helicopter resulting in some of our members responding to set up a landing zone. We aided LCSR in lifting the patient and one of our members assisted LCSR by driving the ambulance to the landing zone. The landing zone was then moved to Constableville
On June 14th 2025 we were dispatched to a Medical Alarm activation in the town of Greig, reported to be an unresponsive subject. Upon arrival our responders aided Lyons Falls fire in a lift assist.
On June 11th 2025 we were dispatched to a Phone Line across State Rt 12 in the town of Glenfield.
On June 7th 2025 we were dispatched to a Motorcycle Accident with injury. This was reported by Lewis County Sheriff's Deputies that came across the accident while in the area. Upon our arrival on scene we cleaned up fluids that were spilt on the pavement and waited to be released by the sheriff's deputies. Lewis County Search and Rescue also were called to the scene for patient evaluation.
On May 31st 2025 we were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle accident in the town of Glenfield along side Lowville Fire and Lewis County Search and Rescue. There was reported to be entrapment with no injury, vehicle on its side. Before arriving on scene we were disregarded by Lowville Fire as this was in their district.
On May 19th 2025 we were dispatched to a Medical Alarm activation in the town of Greig. Upon arrival our members aided in a lift assist for Lyons falls ambulance.
On May 6th 2025 we were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injury. Upon arrival it was found to be a small suv rolled twice and landed in the roadway. The patient was transported by Lewis County Search and Rescue. The vehicle was towed by Monnats.
On May 4th 2025 we were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle accident with injury. Upon arrival it was found to be a pickup truck off the roadway, down an embankment, that had struck multiple trees. Lewis County Search and Rescue transported the patient and the vehicle was removed and towed by Kaflines.
On May 3rd 2025 we were dispatched to an Automatic Crash Detection. Upon arrival we were unable to locate any accident in the area. While clearing the scene a cell phone was located and determined to have fallen off a vehicle. The phone was returned to the owner.
On April 23rd 2025 we were dispatched to respond to a Motor Vehicle Accident with injury. Upon arrival it was found to be a pickup truck down an embankment. With assistance from Lowville Fire Department and Lewis County Search and Rescue the patient was extracted and evaluated. The vehicle was removed and towed.
